Shipping and Returns


Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email associated with your order. Orders generally take 2-5 business days for processing and the order status will be listed as "unfulfilled" until it has shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email which will include the tracking number for your package.Unfortunately we are unable to ship packages to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


To return your product, please send an email to for further information. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs on your purchase are non-refundable.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, approximately 5 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, contact your credit card company/or any other method you used. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email at Exchanges must be made within 30 days after you have received your product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to our location. However we replace items if they are defective or damaged from the seller. Please contact if you need an item replaced, and we will give you any information you need. We treat our exchanges with the highest priority. Exchanged items will be processed within 2-5 business days after it has been received.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
